Corporate Lawyer

Our client, a provider of financial services to the international business sector, serving a diverse international client portfolio, is seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in corporate and/or tax law, along with strong English communication skills. Role & Responsibilities Assist clients with all aspects of corporate governance and administration, including submissions to the Registrar of Companies Draft and review legal and corporate documents, resolutions, Powers of Attorney, various agreements, and civil contracts Support matters related to immigration law and compliance procedures Communicate with clients, professional advisors, and regulatory authorities Assist clients with company incorporation, maintenance, structuring, and restructuring Conduct legal research on various points of law and provide consolidated legal opinions Education, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Law Local warrant is not required but would be considered an advantage 2+ years of local (Maltese) experience in corporate law, international taxation, or both Excellent English communication skills at C2/native level, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure About the Role Salary up to €55K with regular appraisals Hybrid with flexible hours (three days in the office and two days remotely) Breakfast, coffee, and fruit at the office Health Insurance and Health & Wellness Allowance Free Parking Opportunities for career growth Apply with your detailed CV. *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
