With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Data Analyst This is your mission As a Data Analyst , you will analyze complex datasets, develop interactive Power BI reports, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement. Build side: You will contribute to designing and delivering high-quality analytics solutions: Gather and understand business reporting needs Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports Build and optimize data models for performance and scalability Connect and transform data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, Excel, etc.) Ensure clear, visually compelling, and business-oriented dashboards Translate business KPIs into measurable and trackable metrics Run side: You will ensure the reliability and relevance of reporting solutions: Monitor and optimize dashboard performance Validate data accuracy, consistency, and integrity Support business users in interpreting data and extracting insights Proactively identify improvement opportunities in reporting processes Maintain clear technical and functional documentation Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives This is your background You have proven experience as a Data Analyst , with strong expertise in Power BI development and analytics. You are comfortable working in an international environment and communicating with French-speaking stakeholders.
