As a Cabin Crew/ Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will also be responsible for handling check-in procedures, assisting passengers with their luggage, and ensuring smooth boarding and deboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers and provide them with a warm welcome on board - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on board - Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers with emergency procedures - Serve meals and beverages to passengers in a professional and courteous manner - Handle any passenger inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Assist passengers with their luggage and provide them with any necessary assistance during their journey - Conduct security checks and ensure all passengers and their baggage comply with safety regulations - Maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment throughout the flight - Work closely with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation Requirements: - Minimum age of 18 years - Minimum height of 155 cm (for female candidates) and 170 cm (for male candidates) - Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to swim at least 25 meters unaided - Prior experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required - Must be willing to work in shifts and on weekends If you have a passion for customer service and a desire to work in the aviation industry, we would love to have you on our team.
