Job Title: Account Manager (m/f/d) Job Location: Oslo, Norway About the Role: As a Key Account Manager, you will drive short and long-term profitable business for Huawei’s Network/IT Infrastructure Sales portfolio in Norway. You’ll act as a trusted partner to key customers, leading business development, sales projects, and negotiations while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success. Main Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, positioning Huawei as their trusted partner for network modernization. Lead business development and sales projects, including contract negotiations and deal closure. Identify and develop innovative business models based on customer needs. Ensure high customer satisfaction by working closely with internal teams to deliver quality solutions. Develop long-term business strategies, fostering strategic partnerships and profitable opportunities. Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to achieve business goals. Qualifications & Skills: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience in Telecom/ IT Infrastructure (Operator or Vendor side). Proven track record in large-scale Network Infrastructure Sales in competitive markets. Strong business acumen with deep insight into customer priorities. Excellent key account management, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to align customer needs with profitable business solutions. Strong financial and commercial awareness. Fluent in English and Norwegian. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
