This role reports directly to the Director of Therapy and is ideal for an early-career or junior-level therapist looking to grow within a supportive healthcare environment. You'll join a collaborative rehabilitation team within a well-established acute care hospital serving the local and surrounding communities. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement physician-ordered physical therapy programs Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities, and assistive devices Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and families on rehabilitation strategies and injury prevention Supervise physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff in accordance with state regulations Maintain accurate and timely documentation Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Oklahoma Physical Therapist license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently Ability to remain composed and take appropriate action in high-pressure situations Preferred Skills Sound clinical judgment Decisive decision-making ability Comfortable working with minimal supervision Why Ada, Oklahoma?
