This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to work within a sophisticated investment environment offering exposure to multiple asset classes and complex corporate actions. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution and monitoring of back-office operations, including settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions. Key Responsibilities: Confirm and record transactions in the system, including trades, deposits/withdrawals of funds, and securities movements Issue instructions to custodians for securities transfers, cash movements, and trade settlements Process operational requests such as bank statements, corporate actions documentation, and preparation of ad-hoc reports Monitor and participate in corporate actions, including correspondence with banks and traders, handling documentation, and tracking execution Perform daily portfolio reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar back office role within regulated entities (banks, investment firms, regulated funds) University Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field Good knowledge of financial market operations Solid understanding of asset classes including fixed income, equities, and options Strong knowledge of corporate actions across the above asset classes Knowledge of ISDA settlements will be considered an advantage Understanding of Private Equity operations will be considered an advantage Strong computer literacy Fluent in English What is Offered: Attractive compensation package depending on experience and qualifications Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Collaborative and dynamic work environment Modern and luxurious offices located in Nicosia town center Free high-tech gym facilities within the office premises Additional perks and benefits If you are an experienced back office professional seeking to join a reputable and well-established Family Office in Nicosia, Emerald Zebra would be delighted to receive your CV.
