Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth customer flow. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly attitude. Understand customer needs and direct them to the appropriate salesperson. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and product display on the floor. Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly. Coordinate with sales and support staff for effective service delivery. Report daily floor activities and customer feedback to management.
