Director – Healthcare Technology Management / Clinical Engineering Location: Cleveland, Ohio (Onsite) Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 + benefits Relocation assistance available A large healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to oversee clinical engineering and technology operations across multiple hospital sites. Responsibilities Lead HTM and Clinical Engineering operations Manage budgets, performance, and compliance Build relationships with senior stakeholders Ensure regulatory and safety standards Mentor and develop technical teams Support cybersecurity initiatives related to clinical systems Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 7+ years of management experience 7+ years in Healthcare Technology Management or Clinical Engineering Experience in large hospital systems Strong leadership and operational skills Interested?
