Marketing Customer Support Specialist (Spanish + English) – On-Site | Lisbon Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-Site Start Date: 19 March 2026 Base Salary: €920 gross x14 months Complexity Bonus: €40 x11 months Accommodation Support: Not provided – candidates must already be located in Lisbon About the Role We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Marketing Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic digital performance team in Lisbon. This role combines customer support with data-driven marketing expertise, supporting advertisers in optimizing paid campaigns and improving performance through analytics and KPI tracking. Working Schedule Initial Schedule (12-hour operational window): Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 19:00 2 shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 2 rotative days off per week At a later stage (TBC by the client), the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts .
