Design Copy Writing & Editing Associate

Responsibilities: Draft written content that adheres to American English copywriting standards or both traditional and digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, video scripts, and email campaigns, ensuring clarity and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards related to healthcare marketing to ensure all content is appropriate and legally sound. Assist in developing engaging messaging that fosters interaction and connection across web and social platforms tailored for the American audience. Gather insights and ensure content meets the needs of diverse stakeholders. Write content for both internal and external audiences (print, web, social) in alignment with key messaging and the brand's voice. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and storytelling by applying brand and style guidelines across all communications. Draft compelling content marketing materials that raise awareness, support ministry objectives, and motivate action among the American market. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (required) 2 years of experience in Creative Services, Marketing or Communications (preferred) Experience in the Health Sector (preferred) In-depth knowledge of American English copywriting standards, including grammar, tone, style, and cultural nuances, ensuring content effectively resonates with U.S. audiences. Strong editorial judgment with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to meet stakeholder needs while maintaining brand voice. Experience working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and familiar with content management systems. Experienced in writing and editing for various formats, including print, web, email, and social media, with a strong grasp of storytelling principles. Knowledgeable about platform-specific best practices (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize audience engagement and interaction. Skilled in collaborating on visual and interactive content to enhance narrative impact and user experience. Familiar with SEO best practices to improve content visibility and searchability in digital channels.
