Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, planning, and managing digital marketing campaigns for the company. This includes website content management, identifying market trends, planning online marketing strategies, and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance. Responsibilities Monitor and ensure the company website is updated with accurate and relevant content across all sections. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including display ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns. Prepare accurate reports and analytics on the performance of marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs. Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and market trends, and apply insights to improve digital campaigns. Develop strategies that increase website traffic and audience engagement. Use a content management system (CMS) to update and manage website content. Evaluate key metrics that impact website performance, such as traffic, audience behavior, and engagement, to improve content quality. Manage day‑to‑day content activities, collaborating with graphic designers, photographers, and cross‑department teams. Work with both local and regional teams to brainstorm new strategies and marketing approaches. Oversee social media activities and campaigns to ensure alignment with the company's brand identity. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing. Comply with company policies, brand guidelines, procedures, and instructions at all times. What we're looking for Thai Nationality Only Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in content strategy, information architecture, and taxonomy. Experience with personalization, brand messaging, and product positioning. Experience with building global website experiences Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confident stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
