Junior Business Analyst

DevDimensions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to the successful delivery of software solutions. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders Prepare and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and user journeys Translate business needs into functional requirements and collaborate with technical teams for implementation Create mockups, wireframes, and flow diagrams to enhance requirement clarity and support design alignment Act as a key liaison between business, design, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle Ensure clear communication and shared understanding of requirements between clients and internal teams Work on projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as required Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Support QA teams by validating deliverables against approved business requirements Assist in UAT planning, execution, and requirement clarification Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field 6 months to 1+ year experience as a Business Analyst or in a relevant IT/software development role Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall models Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and other wireframing/prototyping tools Ability to create mockups, flow diagrams, user stories, and basic UI/UX representations Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Working knowledge of technical concepts to collaborate effectively with developers and designers Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision Job Details Job Type: Full-time (In-house) Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Location: Johar Town, Lahore
