BMC Helix ITSM Engineer - 6 Months

Key Responsibilities: Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Request modules. Troubleshoot defects, performance issues, integrations, and access controls. Configure and customize forms, workflows, approvals, notifications, and business rules. Develop automations and REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise systems. Support upgrades, patches, deployments, and ensure upgrade-safe configurations. Maintain CMDB data quality, reconciliation rules, and discovery integrations. Document configurations and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with BMC Helix/Remedy platform support and customization. Knowledge of ITIL v4 practices. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
