Finance & Treasury Controller

Location: BGC, Taguig Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial operations in a fast-paced business environment. The role will be responsible for end-to-end financial control, with strong emphasis on cash flow management, vendor payments, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has solid controller experience and thrives in dynamic, high-volume settings. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day accounting and financial control operations Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability Oversee vendor payment cycles and maintain strong supplier relationships Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements Implement and strengthen internal controls and financial processes Partner with leadership on financial planning and strategic decision-making Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years experience as a Finance Controller or equivalent senior finance role Strong background in cash flow management and high-volume vendor transactions Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments High level of analytical capability and financial reporting expertise Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Preferred Profile: CPA is an advantage Experience handling complex payables structures or multi-entity operations is a plus
