About This Role: We are hiring a Logistics & Fulfillment Associate to take ownership of day-to-day order processing, freight coordination, and system accuracy across multiple sales channels. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-through to ensure smooth operations, timely shipments, and clear coordination with internal teams, vendors, and customers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Own daily order processing across Shopify, retail portals, and internal systems Maintain accurate records in NetSuite and ensure clean order, inventory, and logistics data Coordinate freight using TMS platforms, including rate selection, tendering, and scheduling Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, and service issues Communicate clearly and professionally with carriers, 3PLs, vendors, customers, and internal teams Manage logistics and operations inboxes and respond to emails in a timely and organized manner Reach out to vendors and customers to resolve operational and payment-related questions Prepare operational and financial reports using Google Sheets or Excel Support system integrations and data flow across NetSuite, Shopify, and Celigo Continuously improve processes, documentation, and workflow efficiency Software/Platforms/Tools: NetSuite Shopify Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Celigo Google Sheets and Excel Email and collaboration tools Qualifications: 3–5 years of freelancing experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication (C1 or C2 level), with the ability to manage and respond to emails professionally Comfortable owning day-to-day processes and taking accountability for outcomes Strong organizational skills with the ability to keep information structured and easily accessible Willingness to learn and navigate multiple systems and portals Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively Strong time management skills in a remote environment Industry experience in eCommerce, retail, logistics, or fulfillment Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality Not afraid to ask questions and seek clarity when needed High attention to detail and strong follow-through Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive, fast-paced, high-expectation team Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, with some overlap with US business hours preferred
