What Youll Work On Our electricians support a wide variety of work, including: Residential electrical (remodels, upgrades, and new construction) Commercial electrical (service and project-based work) Data & Communications systems What This Role Requires This is a hands-on role for a licensed electrician who can perform at a high level in real job-site conditions. You should be able to: Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems efficiently Work independently when needed, and collaborate with a crew when required Follow NEC and local code standards without needing constant oversight Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site Communicate clearly with team members and customers Keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment Required Qualifications Active Licensed Electrician certification (required) Valid driver's license (required) OSHA 10 or 20 Certificate (required) Strong electrical code knowledge Residential or commercial field experience Professional communication and reliable attendance Preferred Experience Residential remodel and/or new construction Commercial electrical experience Data & Communications exposure Why Murphy Electric Murphy Electric is growing quickly, and were building a team of electricians who want stability, growth, and the ability to expand their skillset.
