Recruiter Contract Position | Juno Beach, FL Overview Our client is a leading energy company seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their dynamic Human Resources team. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a recruiting professional who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building meaningful relationships. You'll be based in beautiful Juno Beach, Florida, working in a collaborative environment where your expertise in full-cycle recruitment will make a direct impact on the organization's success. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from initial intake through offer acceptance Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using various recruiting methods and platforms Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings Manage candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders Requirements 0-5 years of recruiting experience (Level 1 Associate level) Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week in Juno Beach, FL No driving required for this position What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of up to $38/hour 12-month contract duration with potential for extension Opportunity to work with a leading energy industry company Professional development and learning opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Modern office facilities in Juno Beach Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408 Ready to take your recruiting career to the next level?
