Key responsibilities include: • Overseeing the identification and assessment of students with SEND • Developing and implementing personalised support plans • Liaising with parents, staff and external agencies • Supporting teachers with differentiation strategies • Monitoring progress and ensuring compliance with statutory guidance • Contributing to whole-school inclusion strategy You will play a key role in promoting a culture of high expectations, ensuring that all pupils are able to thrive academically and personally.
