Our client, a prestigious five-star hotel located in Valletta, Malta, is seeking passionate, dedicated, and creative culinary professionals to join their established kitchen brigade. Chef Roles Available Chef Tournant Chef de Partie Night Chef Key Responsibilities Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with the hotel’s standards and menu specifications. Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation across all services. Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness in all kitchen areas. Adhere strictly to food safety and HACCP regulations. Assist with mise en place and ensure readiness for service. Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations. Support junior team members where necessary. Requirements Relevant culinary qualification or professional training. Previous experience in a reputable hotel or restaurant environment (experience level dependent on the role applied for). Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
