Strategic Portfolio Lead (Data Assets & KPI Governance) Location: Makati City, Philippines (Onsite) Shift: Morning Experience: 10+ Years Total | 5+ Years Leadership The Objective As the Strategic Portfolio Lead, you are the bridge between executive business goals and technical data execution. You will own the "Data Roadmap" for the Philippines business unit, ensuring that data infrastructure (Data Lakes/Warehouses) delivers high-value insights and measurable ROI. Key Areas of Responsibility 1. Data Strategy & Roadmap Design and execute the long-term vision for the Data Backbone (how data is collected, stored, and used). Align data initiatives with the companys corporate vision to improve client experience and operations. Prioritize which data projects get built based on business impact. 2. KPI Governance & Business Logic Standardize Definitions: Act as the final authority on how KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are calculated across all departments to ensure "one version of the truth." Validation: Work with technical teams to simulate and test new business logic before it goes live. Change Management: Lead the transition as the organization adopts new data standards and reporting metrics. 3. Agile Product Leadership Oversee Product Owners and Agile Squads to ensure a steady stream of data products. Remove "blockers" and manage risks that prevent teams from hitting their delivery targets. Coordinate between different internal departments to ensure smooth data integration. 4. Value Realization (ROI) Build business cases to justify investments in new data technologies. Track the Return on Investment (ROI) for every data feature deployed. Ensure the business actually uses the tools developed by the data teams.
