This role combines frontline practice with systems-level advocacy , giving you the platform to drive meaningful and lasting change — both in lives and in policy. What You'll Do Direct Intervention: Provide trauma-informed counselling, conduct risk assessments, and deliver case management for individuals and families with complex needs. Community Development: Conceptualise and lead programmes addressing emerging service gaps such as family violence, poverty, or social isolation. Policy & Advocacy: Contribute to research, shape policy recommendations, and engage multi-sector stakeholders to advance social reform. Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise and guide junior practitioners, fostering a collaborative culture across agencies for better outcomes.
