Construction Project Administrator

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented Construction Project Administrator to support construction and facilities‑related projects across a large, fast‑paced environment. This role provides direct support to the Project Manager and project team, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and timely execution of project activities. Onsite | No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Requirements: Maintain and organize project documentation, logs, and records. Assist with scheduling, bid/proposal coordination, and project reporting. Distribute, track, and maintain technical and administrative project documents. Support project closeout activities, including documentation control and turnover packages. Assist with project planning, risk tracking, and general administrative support for the project team. Track action items, follow up with vendors and stakeholders, and support project communication. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and monitor progress on assigned tasks. Qualifications/Must-Haves: Hands‑on experience with Procore. Associates degree or equivalent experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 2+ years of experience in construction management, estimating, or construction administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project) Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting construction or facilities projects in industrial, energy, or commercial environments. Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling concepts, and project workflows.
