What Youll Get Salary: €37,333 per annum Contract: Permanent, full‑time Working Hours: 40 hours per week Shifts: Fully flexible, Monday–Sunday, 08:00–19:00 Training: 4 weeks of paid, on‑site training in Dublin Location: Dublin City Centre (fully office‑based) Please note: No holiday or time‑off requests are permitted during the first 8 weeks to allow for complete training. Your responsibilities include: Content Moderation Quality Review Evaluating sensitive content such as: Violence and threats Self‑harm Fraud, theft, and restricted goods Hate speech and harassment Phishing, spam, and malware Child exploitation Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation ID Review & Authenticity Checks Reviewing access and identity verification workflows Escalations & High‑Risk Content Handling complex and sensitive cases Supporting Special Operations, including: HERO (viral / meme content) DOI (Dangerous Organizations) A strong understanding of German cultural, political, and social context is essential for accurate decision‑making.
