Location: Oslo (NO) or Asker (NO) Remote: 0% (limited flexibility possible) Assignment Period: 16 Mar 2026 – 30 Sep 2026 (extension possible) Application Deadline: 01 Mar 2026 Language: English Workload: Full-time Assignment Description We are seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online Consultant to drive a major digital workplace transformation. You will modernize and optimize an enterprise SharePoint environment, strengthen governance, and enable secure collaboration across the organization. This is a hands-on, visible role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders and end users. You will facilitate workshops, translate real business needs into practical solutions, and ensure the new environment aligns with operational realities. Responsibilities Assess and optimize the current SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environment Design and implement a scalable information architecture and governance framework Manage access, permissions, and identity groups to ensure secure collaboration Facilitate workshops and translate business needs into practical solutions Drive user adoption with hands-on support and clear guidance Produce concise documentation, standards, and best-practice frameworks Support automation, optimization, and integration of new digital solutions Requirements Must Have Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online in enterprise environments Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration tools Experience with identity and access management in cloud environments (Entra ID / Azure AD) Practical experience with automation using PowerShell or Power Platform Understanding of security, governance, and compliance in Microsoft 365 and Azure Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders and end users Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into scalable solutions CV must be submitted in English Good to Have Experience with DevOps pipelines or deployment automation Prior involvement in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 modernization projects Experience designing information architectures based on business use cases Exposure to project-based, engineering-focused, or technical industries About Sperton Sperton is a global recruitment and consulting firm with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
