Oracle Functional Financial  Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned person with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Financial modules to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in financial modules and have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least five end-to-end implementation projects. Additionally, they should exhibit strong people management skills. Roles and responsibilities Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Fixed Assets, Cash and Expenses Management, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Accounting Hub Cloud Develop strategic plans for financial systems deployment and enhancements. Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs. Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes. Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained. Manage budgets and timelines for financial systems projects. Recruit, train, and manage team members. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred. More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules. More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud Expertise in at least 3 Financial Modules. Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
