Job Title: Fleet Operations Manager Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee and manage a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles, ensuring smooth operations, cost control, compliance, and fleet optimization. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily fleet operations, maintenance, and vehicle lifecycle. Handle insurance policies, claims, renewals, and regulatory compliance. Monitor operational costs, invoicing, and budget control. Ensure adherence to operational timelines and service standards. Identify opportunities for fleet expansion and business growth. Utilize fleet management systems and ERP software for reporting and control. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Professional certification in Fleet or Operations Management (preferred). Proven experience managing 1,000+ vehicles. Strong knowledge of insurance, compliance, and fleet systems.
