Membership Experience Manager & F45 Coach 📍 Ealing, West London 🕒 Part-Time / Full-Time Are you energetic, people-focused, and passionate about group training? Join our high-performing team at F45 Training Ealing as a Membership Experience Manager & F45 Coach and play a key role in delivering an exceptional studio experience while coaching world-class group training sessions. This dual role combines member engagement, sales, and community management with coaching F45 sessions , making it perfect for someone who loves both people and performance . You’ll help drive membership growth, create a motivating studio culture, and deliver high-energy training sessions that keep members engaged, motivated, and coming back. The Role As our Membership Experience Manager & Coach , you’ll be at the heart of the studio experience — from a member’s first trial session through to long-term retention . You’ll lead from the front on the studio floor, delivering outstanding coaching while ensuring every member interaction reflects our premium, community-driven culture . What You'll Be Doing Membership & Community Experience Delivering an outstanding end-to-end member experience , from first enquiry to long-term retention Welcoming and onboarding new members, including inductions and goal setting Engaging with prospective members and confidently presenting membership options Following up with trial members and enquiries to drive conversions Building strong relationships and supporting members throughout their fitness journey Supporting studio events, challenges, and community initiatives Collaborating with the team to create engaging social media content Making and handling calls with new and existing members Maintaining a clean, safe, and premium studio environment Coaching Responsibilities Coaching high-energy F45 group training sessions to the highest standard Delivering clear exercise demonstrations and providing technique coaching Motivating members to perform at their best while ensuring safe and effective workouts Creating an inclusive, positive, and motivating training environment Supporting members with form corrections and personalised encouragement Assisting with session setup, transitions, and pack-down About You Qualified Level 2 (minimum) or Level 3 Personal Trainer Experience coaching in group training, functional fitness, or boutique studios (F45 experience is a plus) Previous experience in customer service, membership sales, or client-facing roles Confident, outgoing, and highly engaging with a genuine passion for people Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Sales-minded with a focus on member retention and growth Passionate about fitness, teamwork, and community building Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs Growth Opportunity This role offers excellent progression within a leading global boutique fitness brand.
