Role Overview Responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle for bonded zone services and ensuring structured CRM-driven sales execution. Main Responsibilities Own the sales pipeline end-to-end in CRM (Lead → Opportunity → Meeting → Closure) Manage key accounts, follow up renewals, and identify upselling opportunities Maintain accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams Lead sales team activities and ensure proper CRM usage Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and commercial presentations Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure Requirements 3–7 years B2B sales experience (logistics / ports / 3PL preferred) Strong Arabic & English communication CRM experience with structured reporting Able to obtain port access clearance
