Procurement Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Buyer to join their Global Procurement Operations team. This independent role reports directly to the Director of Global Procurement Operations (US) and supports business functions across multiple regions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and vendor master data maintenance Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global standards Support and oversee Procurement P2P processes (PR to receiving) Act as Americas region escalation point for P2P-related matters Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure policy and regulatory compliance Drive process improvement, automation, and operational excellence Requirements Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Ariba (Vendor Master Data & P2P) Experience in procurement processes and vendor onboarding preferred Open to junior candidates with strong SAP Ariba system knowledge Fluent in English Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field If you are looking for an opportunity to take ownership in a global procurement environment, we encourage you to apply.
