Urgent: Head of Enterprise Architecture Location: Saudi Arabia (On-site) Probation Period: 6-Month Period | Potential Permanent Conversion Industry Experience: Fintech, Remittance, or Digital Banking Skills: Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, API Integrations Immediate candidates must reside in KSA; GCC nationals preferred or Expat with transferable Iqama Overview Our client in KSA is seeking a Head of Enterprise Architecture to blueprint a secure, high-availability remittance ecosystem. The role will define the technology vision, ensure regulatory compliance, and build scalable architecture that supports rapid growth and secure financial transactions. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the technology stack and architectural standards across the organisation Oversee API integrations with banking partners to ensure seamless, secure transaction flows Ensure architecture aligns with SAMA ( Central Bank of Saudi Arabia) technical compliance and regulatory standards Collaborate with Product, Development, and Operations teams to embed scalable, secure design principles Guide engineering teams on cloud-native, microservices, and high-availability best practices Establish governance frameworks t o ensure long-term platform sustainability and resilience Requirements Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture within fintech, remittance, or regulated digital banking environments Expert in cloud-native architecture, microservices patterns, and secure financial protocols Strong knowledge of API integrations with banks and third-party partners Hands-on understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills Eligibility Criteria: Currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for on-site engagement Saudi or GCC National (Bahrain, Oman, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar), or Expat with transferable Iqama Business Visit and Family Visit visas are not eligible Application Process Senior technology leaders ready to shape strategic outcomes are invited to apply via email at talent@leadingedge.plus CC: aniqa@leadingedge.plus, quoting the job title in the subject line.
