As HR Advisory Consultant at Source Up, you will : Support our customers HR transformations journeys (digital, strategic or operational), Work on jobs and skills evolution Advise and work on Recruitment, attractiveness and retention of talent, Set frameworks to support driving managerial performance, Participate in optimisating HR processes. 🧠 The ideal profile?
