Head of Technical & Quality Assurance

To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the following position at our location in Mäder as soon as possible: Head of Technical & Quality Assurance Full-time – 38.5 hours/week Your responsibilities Ensure compliance with and further development of quality standards and processes across all brands of the Huber Group (Huber, Hanro, Skiny, Hom, Gossard) Act as the central point of contact for quality-related topics and foster collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and industry associations Lead and support an international quality team across China, Hungary, and Austria - including lab teams and quality inspectors Define inspection criteria, testing frequencies, and manage quality complaints along the supply chain Develop and deliver internal and external training sessions as well as quality documentation and inspection guidelines Ensure compliance with key international certifications (OEKO-TEX, Step by OEKO-TEX) and legal requirements (e.g. CSRD, Supply Chain Due Diligence) Respond to sustainability inquiries and customer-specific quality questionnaires Your profile Degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably with a focus on quality management, textile engineering, or a similar discipline Several years of professional experience in international quality management, ideally in the textile or consumer goods industry Proven leadership experience in an intercultural environment Solid knowledge of relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g. ISO, OEKO-TEX, AQL, CSRD) Excellent English & German skills (written and spoken) Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude Confident communicator with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders at all levels Willingness to travel internationally If you're looking for a challenging and impactful role where you can shape global quality processes and lead an international team, we look forward to receiving your application.
