HR Advisor / HR Manager

Job Description Build and lead the HR function from scratch in a fast-scaling AI startup environment. Partner directly with founders and leadership to design HR policies, performance frameworks, and culture initiatives. Drive recruitment across technology and commercial roles while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law. Main Job Requirements Strong startup or scale-up HR experience (essential). Experience hiring across technology and commercial functions. Background in technology-driven businesses. Proven ability to partner directly with founders and senior leadership. Experience developing HR policies, performance management frameworks, and culture strategies. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (regional or global exposure is an advantage). Commercially aware, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
