Your Daily Impact In this B2B-focused role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking corporate partners: Professional Communication: Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a business-centric tone. Account Support: Assist clients with product technicalities, account management, and service optimization. Precision & Quality: Maintain detailed records in our CRM and ensure every corporate client receives premium service. Collaboration: Work closely with on-site team leads to resolve complex cases in real-time. What Were Looking For Language Skills: Native or Fluent German (C1–C2) + solid English (B2) . Social Energy: You enjoy being in an office environment and collaborating in person. Business Acumen: Ability to handle B2B interactions with professionalism and poise. Eligibility: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Greek Work Permit .
