Digital Sales Part-Time (Wine Distributor – Sales Division) | Ungasan, Badung, Bali | On-site | Wine Adore Indonesia | Wine Adore is opening a Digital Sales Part-Time opportunity for individuals who want hands-on experience in customer engagement, product recommendation, and sales execution within a growing wine distributor serving the Singapore market. You will work closely with the CRM and Sales team while building practical business development skills. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers and leads through CRM and digital channels Provide product recommendations and support purchase decisions Follow up on leads and sales opportunities Invite customers to wine tasting events and engagement campaigns Maintain and update CRM database accurately Support digital sales initiatives and promotional campaigns Collaborate with the Sales Division and cross-functional teams Requirements Indonesian citizen or permanent resident Fluent in English Minimum 1 year experience in general sales, online sales, hospitality, or wine industry Strong interest in customer engagement and digital sales Proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented No advanced wine knowledge required. Product training will be provided Sales & Performance Targets Monthly Sales Target: SGD 800 to SGD 1,500 Wine Tasting Attendance Target: 10 to 20 confirmed guests per month Targets are structured to ensure measurable contribution while remaining realistic for a part-time role. Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary: IDR 1,800,000 to IDR 2,000,000 (based on experience and performance level) Annual Sales Bonus based on accumulated performance and total sales achieved Structured product and CRM training Opportunity to transition to a Full-Time role based on performance Working Arrangement Part-Time, On-Site 20 hours per week Monday to Friday Morning Shift: 09:00 – 13:00 / Afternoon Shift: 13:00 – 17:00
