Product Engineering Manager (Electronic/80 mil gross/Bac Ninh)

Job Description: The Product Engineering Manager is responsible for managing engineering resources and leading the product engineering team to support existing and commercialized products. This role focuses on engineering excellence, cost optimization, quality improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and business objectives are achieved. Manage engineering resources based on project loading and priorities. Prepare, manage, and achieve department budgets and KPIs. Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team to strengthen technical and professional capabilities. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support business and project needs. Review and approve all engineering drawings and specifications prior to release. Work closely with Project Management and Sales teams to provide technical solutions for customers, including proposal preparation, engineering cost estimation, and prototype development. Lead engineering support for quality complaints, customer application issues, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive process improvement and product cost reduction activities. Support Purchasing in supplier audits and supplier technical management. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in cable assembly design and manufacturing, including at least 3 years in high-speed cable products. Strong knowledge of connector design, GD&T, tolerance analysis, FMEA, and industrial standards. Solid understanding of metal and plastic materials, stamping dies, injection molds, plating processes, assembly fixtures, crimping processes, PCBs, and cable assemblies. Experience with testing, qualification, and product/process development. Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Good command of English and Chinese
