About the Position Employment Type: 70% Period: April to mid-August Start Date & Salary: By agreement If you are able to work as Chef de Partie in our main restaurant, we can offer a contract of 80–100% . What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Sushi Chef (required) Solid knowledge of sushi techniques and fish handling Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset Flexibility to work evenings and weekends In Addition, We Believe You Have: Fýri’s main restaurant, Liv , focuses on Nordic cuisine with international influences from all over the world. Alongside this, we offer our guests a seasonal sushi pop-up in one of our bars. We believe you are truly passionate about sushi and take pride in your craft. If you can also perform the duties of a Chef de Partie in the main kitchen, this will be highly valued.
