This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP, suitable for experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to inspire students in the field of Business Studies. About the Role As a Business Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, and potentially KS5, fostering a strong understanding of business concepts, enterprise skills, and financial literacy. You will plan and deliver lessons that develop students’ analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of the modern business environment. The role involves preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations, monitoring progress, and contributing to curriculum planning. You will also have opportunities to support extracurricular initiatives such as business competitions, enterprise projects, and career-focused activities. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across KS3/4 (KS5 optional) • Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations • Assess, monitor, and track student progress • Contribute to departmental curriculum planning and enrichment activities • Support school-wide initiatives, clubs, and enterprise projects • Maintain a stimulating classroom environment that encourages engagement and participation About the School This Dudley secondary school is recognised for strong academic standards, excellent pastoral care, and a supportive leadership team.
