IT Audit Manager

IT Audit Manager Location: Makati City Work Set-up: On-site, Morning Shift Key Responsibilities Engagement & Client Management Plan, scope, and manage IT audit and assurance engagements Develop staffing and activity plans; supervise and review team output Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and client communications Monitor budgets, billing, and engagement profitability Maintain strong client relationships and address engagement issues Technical Execution Lead IT audits covering IT general controls (ITGC), application controls, and regulatory compliance Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and (preferred) penetration testing Perform pre- and post-implementation system reviews Apply knowledge of OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, and emerging security risks Translate technical vulnerabilities into business risks with actionable recommendations Support forensic investigations involving endpoints, servers, cloud systems, and digital devices People & Practice Management Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance Assist in recruitment and staff development Support proposal preparation and participate in business development activities Ensure proper documentation, archiving, and engagement close-out Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting CPA and/or CISA preferred At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT audit, risk advisory, or consulting Strong knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and report-writing skills High level of professionalism and integrity
