Senior Valuer

Position : Senior Valuation Analyst Location : BGC, Taguig Job Qualifications: MUST BE A Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field. At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Real Estate Valuation / Appraisal With some experience of the following: Managing or leading small teams Working in collaboration with other departments Client Interaction Excellent written and verbal communication skills – articulate in explaining complex concepts and findings Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision Adaptable and flexible – enjoys working as a team member as well as independently Strong proficiency in MS Office applications Experience in doing Income Approach and Residual Method With knowledge in financial modeling Job Description : Conduct real property valuations based on internationally accepted standards Prepare valuation reports (comprehensive/narrative reports) based on internationally accepted standards, property value commentaries and valuation advisories Perform data analysis on subject properties, comparable properties, and other relevant factors Communicate results and findings of valuation reports to intended users Conduct evaluation/review of third-party valuation reports and services Create and execute new initiatives for the department that improve team capacity and efficiency Respond to queries from both internal stakeholders and clients on market valuation updates Prepare and generate in-depth valuation presentations and studies for clients, media, and internal stakeholders Manage a team of valuers and analysts in the fulfillment of the department’s valuation requirements. Contribute and assist in Consultancy requirements when needed
