Operations & HR Coordinator

We are growing fast and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. About the Role This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role at the operational core of our company. You will coordinate courses and events across countries and time zones, match participants with the right coaches, and ensure that every learning experience runs smoothly from start to finish. At the same time, you will help expand and strengthen our global coach network — screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding. Because we work internationally across multiple time zones, flexibility, ownership, and drive are essential. The pace is dynamic, priorities can shift quickly, and you will often be balancing several moving parts at once. You should enjoy that energy and thrive in it. This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to building and scaling something meaningful — not just maintaining the status quo. Key Responsibilities Operations & Global Coordination Coordinating and scheduling language courses and cultural trainings across time zones Matching participants with the most suitable coach based on skills, experience, availability, and group dynamics Acting as the main point of contact for participants and coaches Managing changes and solving operational challenges quickly and professionally Improving and building scalable processes as we grow HR & Coach Recruitment Screening applications from new language coaches globally Conducting phone and video interviews Assessing competence, communication style, and cultural fit Managing contracts and onboarding documentation Supporting and developing our international coach network Who You Are Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable taking ownership and making decisions Driven, proactive, and solution-oriented Energized by growth and responsibility Strong communicator across cultures Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus) Why join SpeakCharlie?
