Customer Operations Specialist (Italian, Spanish or French language)

Market Pay is seeking a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our enterprise payment solutions. If you have experience in customer operations, customer service, KYC/KYB or other back-office functions, we want to hear from you! Your Role You will be working in our Customer Operations team located in Vilnius working very closely with our France-based colleagues. Job Description: ● Handle incoming customer queries promptly and professionally ● Investigate and resolve financial transaction issues, including double charges, claims, and chargebacks. ● Perform in-depth research, document checks, and financial crime risk assessments using internal and external sources in close collaboration with the Compliance department. ● Conduct business customer screening and monitor for potential risks, reporting to Compliance Department ● Investigate client-reported issues, provide solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the resolution process. ● Communicate with customers in English or via translation tools to address issues and inquiries effectively (main markets: France, Italy, Spain, Belgium) ● Ensure all submitted KYC/KYB documents comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. ● Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adherence to data protection standards. ● Process client payment/acceptance setup modifications and profile adjustments accurately. ● Oversee billing, supplier management, and a variety of back-office tasks to support operational efficiency and broaden your expertise. Requirements: ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ● Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to correspond clearly in English ( French, Spanish or Italian is needed ) or experience using translation tools for day-to-day communication. ● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. ● Experience in financial services, risk assessment, or customer support is a requirement. ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. ● Proactive and Independent player with developed problem-solving and analytical skills. ● Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
