Romanian Content Moderator Location: Porto, Portugal Start Date: 26 February 2026 Work Model: On‑Site Role Overview We are looking for Romanian-speaking Content Moderators to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. Important: This position involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content . Candidates must demonstrate emotional resilience, strong mental balance, and professionalism . Language Requirement Romanian: Fluent / Native level English: Good working knowledge (minimum B2 recommended) Work Schedule Monday to Sunday Shift: 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Planned changes: Introduction of an evening shift (13:00 – 22:00) Future possibility of extension to a 24/7 rotational schedule Salary €1,000 gross per month , paid over 14 months Benefits Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly employee contribution required) Free after 6 months of contract Welcome Bonus: Paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year Condition: Each instalment is paid only if unjustified absenteeism is below 6% in the previous month This bonus must not be presented as part of the fixed monthly salary Note: From December onwards, there is no retention bonus for Search Engine and Website Solutions projects. Relocation Package (from outside Portugal) Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months Accommodation details will be discussed during the interview process Flight ticket reimbursement is no longer applicable for hires starting from December 1st onwards
