Supply Chain Product Owner – Senior Client: Caterpillar Project delivery: Accenture Seniority: Senior | Especialista Location: 100% Remoto (eventuales visitas a oficina – Parque Patricios) Working hours: 9:00 a 18:00 English level: C1+ Advanced (Mandatory) About the role As a Senior Supply Chain Product Owner , you will be responsible for driving the product vision by acting as the voice of the customer and applying a user-centered design approach . You will define and manage the product roadmap and backlog , ensuring the product team consistently delivers value aligned with customer needs and business expectations. You will validate and test ideas through continuous feedback loops, ensuring that learning and discovery inform timely product decisions. This role requires strong subject matter expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate and guide teams toward high performance. Key Responsibilities Make product and team-level decisions, collaborating across multiple teams and contributing to key product decisions. Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams or product areas. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product objectives. Apply market trends and customer needs to drive continuous product improvements and innovative solutions. Create, communicate, and present the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and engagement. Continuously monitor product performance and user satisfaction to promote ongoing improvements. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Owner in complex, enterprise-level environments. Strong background or exposure to Supply Chain processes and digital solutions. Solid experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and stakeholder expectations . Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-team environments . Advanced English level (spoken and written) – mandatory. Strong communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills. Work Model 100% Remote Occasional on-site presence may be required at Accenture offices (Parque Patricios). Availability for sporadic visits to the office may be required depending on project needs.
