Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Status: Contract Assignment (8 weeks) with potential extension or full-time conversion Location: Southeast Georgia (Onsite) Position Overview Were seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact within a Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Youll play a key role in creating a positive experience for employees, new hires, and visitors while supporting essential HR and onboarding functions. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist employees, candidates, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Manage the HR front desk and maintain an organized, presentable workspace Answer and route incoming calls and emails appropriately Support new-hire onboarding and orientation, including: Coordinating new-hire check-in Collecting onboarding paperwork Taking and printing employee badge photos Issuing parking decals, name tags, and related materials Maintain accurate logs and records related to onboarding and front desk activity Provide general administrative support (copying, scanning, filing, data entry) Assist with scheduling appointments and preparing materials for orientation sessions Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role (healthcare or HR experience preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment Professional demeanor, dependable, and punctual
