We’re looking for a VP of Operations who thrives at the intersection of big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution. This role is for a builder and operator, someone who can design scalable processes, align cross-functional teams, and roll up their sleeves to make things happen.You will own and optimize end-to-end business operations, ensuring our teams, systems, and processes work seamlessly together so the organization runs efficiently and scales sustainably as we grow. Strategy & Leadership Shape and execute the company’s operational strategy to support growth and scalability Translate business goals into clear operational plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes Build systems, workflows, and policies that improve efficiency and reduce risk Act as a trusted partner to leadership on planning, forecasting, and decision-making Operational Execution Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly from client delivery and people operations to talent acquisition, financial processes, systems, and internal support functions. Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements and automation Ensure compliance, governance, and operational best practices Establish dashboards and reporting to track performance and productivity Team & Culture Lead, mentor, and grow a small to medium-sized, culturally diverse team Foster accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture Develop team leads and build succession plans Promote strong communication and alignment across departments Cross-Functional Impact Partner closely with department heads to streamline workflows and resource planning Oversee workforce planning, hiring operations, onboarding, and employee experience Support budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization initiatives Ensure systems and tools across the business are integrated and scalable You’ll be a great fit if: You have 10+ years of experience in operations, business management, or general management roles in service-based, consulting, recruitment, or outsourcing environments. You communicate with clarity and influence, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover.
