Job Title Regional Operations Manager – Taiwan Location Taiwan (Preferred: Taipei or Kaohsiung) This role is remote. There is currently no physical office in Taiwan. Reporting Line Head of International Business Key Responsibilities 1. Merchant Development & Management (Taiwan Market) Identify, onboard, and manage local ticketing and entertainment-related merchants Establish merchant tiering and management framework Maintain strategic relationships with key partners and increase depth of cooperation 2. Local Fulfillment System Development Work closely with cross-functional teams to build clear ticket verification, ticket transfer, and after-sales processes Improve transaction security and minimize dispute risk Continuously enhance user experience and trust mechanisms 3. Local Marketing Channel Expansion Develop and activate local marketing channels including KOLs, communities, campus networks, and offline partnerships Increase brand awareness and platform adoption among Taiwan users 4. GMV Ownership Define monthly and quarterly growth targets Monitor data performance and iterate strategy accordingly Drive sustainable transaction volume growth in the Taiwan market Requirements 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms, ticketing platforms, or merchant operations Prior experience in Taiwan market operations preferred Strong understanding of Taiwan consumer behavior and entertainment ecosystem Passion for concerts, musical theatre, and idol culture Fluent Mandarin; strong English reading and writing skills Cross-cultural collaboration capability Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setup Preferred Qualifications Existing resources in ticketing or concert promotion Experience building a market from 0 to 1 Direct ownership of GMV or revenue targets
