Summary The new resource will be part of the Knauf Italy Supply Chain Team, where will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic and organized work environment, supporting the company's logistical activities. Responsibilities - Support logistics operation - Collaborate with team to optimize the transportation management processes - Support the planning and monitoring of shipments - Manage and resolve logistical problems and unexpected issues, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction - Help minimize the impact on costs and execution times - Receiving and entering order using the SAP management systems. Completion and optimization of the same - Contribute to improving customer service and customer satisfaction - Continuous support focused on the customer's needs Requirements - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in logistics, management or related fields - Fluent Italian and knowledge of the English language (minimum level B1) - Basic knowledge of Excel and Office programs - Excellent listening and communication skills - Problem Solving - Curiosity, proactivity and teamwork skills - Proactivity and ability to organize work by prioritizing tasks Workplace: headquarter Castellina Marittima (PI) Salary Six months of employment with the possibility of being extended for another six months. € 700,00 por a month, ticket restaurant 8€ and kilometric allowance.
