About the Opportunity Our client, a fast-growing engineering solutions provider specializing in industrial automation and advanced test & measurement systems, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across high-demand sectors including EV, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role suited for a seasoned technical sales professional with strong exposure to hardware-led automation and data acquisition systems. You will own the sales strategy, drive enterprise-level engagements, and work closely with technical teams to deliver customized engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans for industrial automation and test & measurement solutions Identify and secure new business opportunities across EV, automotive, electronics, and manufacturing sectors Engage CXOs, technical stakeholders, and procurement leaders to understand requirements and position tailored solutions Lead pre-sales efforts including discovery meetings, solution presentations, and technical demonstrations Collaborate with engineering teams on proposal development and project handovers Manage CRM pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and meet defined sales targets Build long-term client partnerships to drive repeat and referral business Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions Requirements Bachelors Degree in Engineering (ECE / EEE / Mechatronics / Instrumentation preferred) 8–10 years of experience in B2B technical sales within industrial automation, hardware solutions, data acquisition systems, or test & measurement Strong understanding of automation platforms and hardware-driven engineering systems Proven track record managing long enterprise sales cycles Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Existing industry network within EV, automotive, or electronics sectors preferred Willingness to travel for client meetings (including monthly visit to Coimbatore) Immediate joiners strongly preferred Whats in It for You Compensation: ₹15,00,000 – ₹20,00,000 annual CTC (based on experience) High-visibility revenue leadership role with direct impact on business growth Exposure to cutting-edge automation and test engineering projects Remote flexibility with strategic client engagement travel Opportunity to expand into regional or national sales leadership Strong long-term growth potential within a specialized engineering niche Ready to Explore?
