Position Overview The Senior Marketing Lead (Campaigns & Strategy) is a Philippines-based, senior individual contributor role with ownership over U.S.-focused B2B marketing strategy and execution. This role is responsible for driving demand, sharpening messaging, and coordinating campaigns that directly support revenue growth. This is not a junior execution role or a l arge-team people manager position . You will personally own strategy, campaign design, and performance, while lightly managing external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed. Responsibilities • Own and execute client's overall marketing strategy for U.S. B2B audiences • Plan, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns across: – Email – LinkedIn and paid social – Paid media and retargeting – Website messaging and conversion paths • Develop and maintain clear, compelling website messaging aligned to target industries and buyer personas • Create content briefs and oversee production of: – Case studies – Sales collateral – Campaign assets – Thought leadership content • Support marketing needs for events including: – Trade shows – Golf tournaments – Industry sponsorships and field marketing initiatives • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align campaigns with pipeline goals • Manage and coordinate external agencies, contractors, or freelancers as required • Track performance metrics and iterate quickly based on results • Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all channels Qualifications • 5+ years of marketing experience working solely or primarily with U.S.-based companies • Experience in SaaS , technology , industrial , or security-related industries • Experience working with lean teams or fast-growing companies • Experience collaborating directly with sales executive/team • Strong background in B2B marketing • Proven ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution • Strong English written and verbal communication skills • Hands-on experience with paid media , marketing automation , and CRM integrations • Comfort managing vendors without hiding behind them • Willingness to work night shift or hybrid hours to ensure coverage of U.S. business day (Arizona MST) Characteristics of the Role • Strategically sharp but execution-driven • Comfortable owning results without layers of approval • Data-informed, but not paralyzed by dashboards • Direct communicator who can defend decisions with logic • Moves fast, iterates faster Why RecruitGo?
